Our Story

Our mission is simple and deeply felt: to create a healing studio where modern practice meets ancient wisdom. As a husband and wife team, we are united not only by love, but by a shared devotion to healing, truth, and transformation. We have long envisioned a space that honors the full human experience—recognizing healing as a whole-system journey that includes mind, body, energy, emotions, and spiritual health.

Jessica has been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years, supporting children, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns. While her clinical training was rooted in traditional Western psychology, her life has been consistently influenced by ancient contemplative practices. Raised in a blended family where Asian art was celebrated as much as scientific debate, and with a father devoted to Buddhism and a long-standing practice of yoga and Qi Gong, Jessica was early exposed to traditions emphasizing presence, compassion, and embodied awareness—threads that quietly informed both her inner life and professional work.

In 2021, life called for a deeper reckoning. That year marked a profound turning point when the Universe firmly guided Jessica onto her spiritual path. At that time, her beloved husband David was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, abruptly reshaping life as she knew it.

From shock and grief emerged a powerful shared healing journey—one that continues to unfold. Alongside hardship came unexpected gifts: clarity, connection, humility, and a deep understanding that true healing arises from within. This path led us to extraordinary teachers and lineages that now ground our work.

Through Buddhism, Daoism, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi, we discovered teachings and practices that cultivate vitality, love, wisdom, and harmony with life’s natural rhythms. Through Peruvian Shamanism, we encountered earth-based traditions that honor spirit, ancestry, and the intelligence of nature. Over the past five years, these ancient practices have not only informed our work, but transformed our way of being.

What we have come to know is this: true healing requires a courageous inward journey—one that invites us to free the mind, listen to the body, restore the flow of energy, and reconnect with the soul. It asks us to gently question inherited beliefs and modern conditioning so we may remember and embody our true nature.

This studio is an offering born from lived experience, devotion, and love—a space for those seeking wholeness, authenticity, and freedom to step more fully into their highest potential.
