Weekly Group Meditation

Gather in community for guided and silent meditation and brief intentional dialogue designed to nourish, support and enhance wellbeing.​

Each week we will explore various approaches and practices for meditation and mindfulness that support us in quieting the mind, relaxing the body and nurturing the soul.

No need to book in advance.  We will hold sacred space for our community at this time each week, ready to receive whomever shows up.  We will post a note on our website if we need to cancel.

 

No experience necessary.  We look forward to welcoming you.
